Appearance :

Myghin keeps her strawberry hair back in a loose braid that sweeps just above her waist. She has wide, clear green eyes, and wears little semi-circle glasses with silver frames. She only uses the glasses for reading, which she does very frequently. She keeps a messenger bag with her at all times, and she always has at least a notebook and a novel in it. She wears her SeeD candidate uniform most of the time, although she sometimes wears knee-length denim shorts with a close fitting green tank top. To complement this, she ties a black jacket around her waist.

Personality :

A cheerful young woman, Myghin is a fairly quiet girl who, more often than not, can be provoked into a fight. As odd as it seems, she is provoked most when she sees someone picking on others. She can ignore almost all criticism to her person, but she finds it exceedingly difficult to ignore anything that she deems cruel to others. She loves animals, and she has a fish in her room in Nell's home. However, she stays in the dorms for now, not wanting to make the walk every morning to and from Balamb.

History :

Born in Fisherman's Horizon, Myghin did not have the idyllic childhood that one would expect from that occurrence. Instead, when she was three, her father and mother had a fight and he took both Myghin and her sister, Nell, away. They walked back to Galbadia along the derelict train tracks, until they reached Timber. There, they stayed until Myghin was eight. While there, she attended school, and, after many scraps and fights over various things, she discovered that she had an aptitude for battle. Her sister protected her from the worst of their father as he steadily slipped into drinking and general decline. Finally, when Myghin was eight, Nell took her away and moved to the town of Balamb, where Myghin engaged in playing with most of the young SeeD candidates. Nell, upon seeing Myghin's interactions, enrolled her in the Garden on her ninth birthday. However, Nell never knew that Myghin stayed in contact with a few of her friends from school, writing them letters as soon as she was settled in Garden. On May the 7th, she received a letter from one of her friends' mothers, informing her that her best friend, Chiyo, had been killed in the crossfire between the rebels and soldiers in Timber. Since then, Myghin has a new drive for her SeeDship; she wants to prevent more deaths like Chiyo's, since she views it as useless death. Now, Myghin is close to completing her studies, and she plans on taking her exam when she turns fifteen.

Weapon Description (if applicable) :

Myghin uses a rapier and a pistol. She's an excellent shot although her magic suffers since she never practices. Instead, she can be found trying to make unusually long and difficult shots in the training center. Her rapier is especially light, although it's been reinforced in order to allow it to still function properly. It has a decorative silver hand-guard that completely encases her hand. Her gun is held in a thigh strap, for easy reach.
